OC3 is a mastermind group for service-based business owners focused on fostering connection, growth, and support. We meet monthly to share goals, challenges, and ideas in a structured yet personal environment.
It’s for small business owners who want to grow their business and exchange insights with peers in an encouraging, community-driven space. You run a business that is doing okay, you are passionate about what you are delivering to customers but need help with the operations/backend.
Monthly mastermind sessions and a supportive slack community. Access to curated resources and tools for small business growth. A supportive community for accountability and networking. Opportunities for personalized coaching and feedback.
For club members- Members are encouraged to attend monthly sessions and actively participate. The goal is to maintain a supportive and engaged community.
For cohort members- You are highly encouraged to attend the 13 hour-long weekly sessions and spend at least 2-3 hours on a weekly basis implementing the information from that weeks session.
For 1:1 coaching members- You work rigorously for 1.5 hours a week with a certified coach.
