Last month, we embarked on an incredible journey, traveling to the west coast to meet some of the most inspiring and dedicated entrepreneurs in our Owners Club community. It was a week filled with laughter, learning, and, most importantly, celebrating the remarkable achievements of our members. Our Owners were the true heroes of this adventure, and we want to share their stories with you.

Mallory Browne: The Floral Extraordinaire

Our journey began in the heart of downtown LA, where we had the privilege of visiting Mallory Browne, the creative genius and owner behind Mallory with the Flowers. Mallory's expertise in all things floral has allowed her business to flourish over the past year. Meeting her in person was a delight as we discussed her exciting projects on the horizon, ways of using her expansive, new studio space, and how to target clients that get her really excited.

Mallory is not only working with some of the world's largest companies already but is also making floral arrangements for celebrities. She's not just conquering revenue targets; she's also finding the freedom she desires within her small business. Her journey as a Solo Entrepreneur has been far from lonely – it's been fun and collaborative. Mallory exemplifies how being part of a community can unlock limitless possibilities in your business.

Sam LaRobardiere and Brooke Winter: The Coffee Connoisseur and HR Expert

Our next stop brought us to Theory Coffee Co, where we indulged in amazing pastries and award-winning coffee while strategizing with Sam LaRobardiere. We also had the pleasure of meeting Brooke Winter from Clarity HR Consulting.

Sam has transformed Theory Coffee into an award-winning coffee company cherished both locally and nationally. His journey teaches us the value of building a solid team and staying true to your beliefs as a business owner.

From Brooke, we learned the importance of giving and receiving feedback to grow as individuals and as brands.

Raja Mawad, Sergio Max Legón-Talamoni, and Sonia-Lynn Abenojar: The Dream Achievers

Our final destination was Seattle, where we had the pleasure of breaking bread with Raja Mawad from Thrv.health and the dynamic duo, Sergio Max Legón-Talamoni and Sonia-Lynn Abenojar from La Union Studio.

La Union Studio has been an Owners Club coaching client for over a year, and their accomplishments are nothing short of extraordinary. From opening their own studio to achieving ambitious revenue goals and launching another business in 2023, they embody the spirit of dedication and hard work.

The Owners Club Admin Team: The Unbreakable Bonds

Last but not least, our own Owners Club admin team spent six unforgettable days together, traveling to three different cities and meeting with a dozen clients and members. We laughed, we learned, and we grew more committed to our mission than ever before. Our secret? We shed boundaries and embraced a culture of transparency and open communication. It might not work for every company, but it's perfect for our small but mighty crew.
