More focus, more Young, more results. We will spit all participants into groups of 5-8 Owners. These groups will meet bi-weekly for 1 year. Owners will rotate in hosting the sessions and participation is now tied to cash. All participants put $50 in a pool of money. The losers (those who miss more than 4 sessions in a year) will forfeit their money to a charity of the winners (those who attend at least 18 sessions in a year) choice.
